Return Policy

   We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at zmadame.design@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Return and Exchange

Unfortunately, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange on sale items, gift cards and personalize items (unless there is a defect or quality issue). Additionally, any items that have been used or damaged may not be returned or exchanged.
